The title of Osibisa's second album should actually be spelled as "Wɔyaya", and is a word from the Ga language of the Ga-Dangme people of Ghana.  Wɔyaya translates as "We are going".   (This applies to the title of track 2-07 as well).
The "ɔ" in Wɔyaya is part of the African reference alphabet and is pronounced as an "open o" in English as in "thought".
