Discovered by Édith Piaf in Paris in 1944 (she made him part of her act), Montand garnered international popularity as a singer and actor, starring in numerous films. Among the highlights of this collection are versions of Jacques Prévert's perennial classics "Las Feuilles Mortes" (known in English as "Autumn Leaves") and "Barbara," as well as hits like "À Paris" and "Sensationnel," among many others.
