"The Best Of" added to the original album artwork above the band's name. The title on the spine reads "The Best Of Haysi Fantayzee", with no mention of the "Battle Hymns..." title. The title on the label reads "The Best Of Haysi Fantayzee: Battle Hymns For Children Singing".

"Make Me A Sinner" is not included in the tracklisting as a separate track (as it is on the European vinyl versions of the release), but is included as a hidden track in the running time of "Shoofly Love" (as it is on the U.S. vinyl version) - total time: 5:10.
